1. Complimentary Modification

Each order includes one complimentary modification. Shipping costs related to this modification are covered within the Kingdom and for international shipments (to and from). Any additional modifications requested after the initial complimentary modification will incur shipping and service fees, which shall be borne by the customer.

2. Returns & Exchanges

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been successfully placed.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made in advance are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Incomplete or Failed Payments

Orders will not be processed or fulfilled unless full payment has been successfully received. Any incomplete or failed payments must be settled in full prior to order confirmation and fulfillment.
